Retro Brownies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Instant Potatoes
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 squares baking chocolate or sub 6 Tb baking cocoa and 2 Tb oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine potatoes with boiling water in bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until moistened
- Pour into greased 8 inch baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes
- Can bake in microwave 6-10 minutes
