Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Instant Potatoes
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 squares baking chocolate or sub 6 Tb baking cocoa and 2 Tb oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
 

  1. Combine potatoes with boiling water in bowl
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until moistened
  3. Pour into greased 8 inch baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes
  5. Can bake in microwave 6-10 minutes
